To Book a bouncy castle our obstacle course through us. The best way is to send us a text message or WhatsApp message with the following details - Your full name, mobile number, eircode, the date you are looking to hire, the type and also send us a picture of both the location where the bouncy castle is going and a picture of the access to the garden. This way we can first check if we have availability and secondly we can see if your garden is suitable.
We usually don’t know the exact time of delivery until closer to the date of your booking. In general, we normally drop them the day before or before 12am on the day. We will let you know a definite time when we make out a schedule the day before your booking.
This depends on a few factors. If the bouncy castle is booked the next day we usually pick up the inflatable at 7pm on the date of your booking. If you want to guarantee to have the bouncy castle the whole day we charge an extra fee. Some people pay extra to have the bouncy castle an extra day to get the most use out of it. This will have to be agreed upon at the time you are making the booking
If you are looking to book an obstacle course of disco dome it is advised you book a few weeks in advance and these are nearly always booked the first and we have limited availability. For smaller bouncy castles or bouncy castles with slide, you can book any time. We usually have availability as we have a lot of these type of bouncing castles in stock.
Prices vary depend on a few different factors including distance away and time of the year. Also, the size of the bouncy castle has a lot to do with the prices we charge as the bigger bouncy castles and obstacle course require more work to deliver them and some times takes 2 or 3 people to lift them. The best thing to do and the fastest way of finding out is to send us all the details we asked for above.
Inflatables situated outdoors need to be set up on a flat surface preferably a grassy area where the bouncy castle can be anchored down. We also have sandbags(20 euro surcharge) where stakes are unable to be used. The area must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks etc, not muddy or covered in dog’s mess. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and not install our equipment on unsuitable ground. Super Slides and obstacle courses must be placed on grass only.
Most parties/events are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle before 12pm (Or earlier if required), we will then come and take the castle away after your party, we start collection from 6 pm. Pick up time can be arranged later or the following day for an additional fee, but needs to be arranged when you book. We will always try to facilitate our customers with delivery and collection times. If you have booked a hall for your party we can accommodate special delivery times providing it is confirmed at the time of booking.
No deposit is required, but if customers feel more satisfied to have a deposit in place, we will be more than happy to oblige. Non-refundable booking fees may be required during busier communion weekends.
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery. We do not accept credit card payments or cheques. We only accept payment at the time of delivery on a non-refundable basis.
You can cancel at any time up until the van leaves to deliver your castle. If you pay a booking deposit and then cancel your deposit is non-refundable.
All of our castles have built-in rain covers so they can still be used in showery conditions. Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain or winds exceeding 38km/h (Force 5 Beaufort Scale) due to safety reasons. If the weather is too bad we will ring you on the day to arrange another date.
We can set up our castles on grass / tarmac / concrete / decking. We use our clip-on sand-bags to weight the inflatables in this instance, extra safety mats, and groundsheets to protect the underneath of the inflatables. There is a 20 euro charge for sandbag hire. We cannot put large slides or obstacle courses on hard ground. They can only be positioned on grass.
The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up by our efficient team. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire as larger units and multiple hires take longer.
We need at least 4ft wide clear access to deliver our bouncy castles and obstacle courses. You will need to send a picture to us via WhatsApp when you are making the booking so we can ensure the access is suitable. The space needed for each size of castle is different. Please call us if you are unsure about having enough space for your choice of castle.
Yes, each castle / slide / obstacle course has a guide printed on the side/front. Our drivers also advise on the capacities of our inflatables during the safety briefing given on each delivery.
Yes. All our bouncy castles and inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. Unfortunately, if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight grass slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking by calling us on 0879850714
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a mains 13amp socket power supply. (a standard electric socket)
Definitely not! All our units are designed for persons under 14 years. Persons over 14 years are not permitted to use our equipment, not insured to use our equipment, and likely to be injured if they attempt to use it. Any damage caused to equipment by unauthorized users will be charged to the hirer. There are also height restrictions clearly marked on all units which must be adhered to. This includes entering the inflatable for ANY reason. NO ADULTS!
